Call for Abstracts - Now ClosedWe would like to thank everyone who has submitted an abstract. Authors are invited to submit a 1000 words abstracts (2-page max) in English to be considered for an oral or poster presentation at the Conference. The deadline for submission of abstracts has been extended to September 30, 2010. Instructions for Submission of AbstractsAbstracts may be submitted via Internet only. There is no paper form to complete or mail in. Faxed and mailed submissions will not be considered. Only abstracts submitted in the correct format, as outlined below, will be considered. When preparing to submit their 1000 word (2-page max) abstract, authors will want to have on hand the complete contact information for the Presenting author (the Corresponding author should be the Presenting author). Before submitting an abstract, please carefully review the following abstract submission guidelines.
Abstract ReviewAll abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. Notice of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author by email on November 4, 2010. Abstracts will be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee. Note to AuthorsAccepted abstracts will qualify for submission for a full-length paper. Following a peer-review, the papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. If your abstract is accepted, a full paper will be required for the Proceedings by February 15, 2011. Submission of an abstract constitutes the commitment of at least one author to register for the Conference and do a presentation. Expenses associated with the preparation, submission, and presentation of a paper or poster is the responsibility of the author/presenter. In order to be part of the ICAF 2011 Technical Program, the author/presenter must register by March 15, 2011 and must submit payment at this time. You further agree that if your abstract is accepted, you will be present at the Conference to present your research. Abstracts are to be submitted via the Conference Website (only electronic submissions will be accepted for review). The organizers do not accept any responsibility regarding the accuracy of the abstracts. The organizers reserve the right to reject any abstract at their sole discretion.
