Paper Submission
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for oral or poster presentation are required to submit their final papers in MS Word (PC) format only, no later than February 15, 2011. Submission of a paper constitutes the commitment of at least one author to register for the Symposium and present their research. Expenses associated with the preparation, submission, and presentation of a paper or poster is the responsibility of the author/presenter. The Symposium proceedings will be published by Springer in the form of a book. For the final papers, our Word template must be used. Only the papers from authors who have registered and submitted and paid their registration fee by March 15, 2011 will be included in the program and published in the Proceedings. NOTE: Please use high resolution graphs and figures. For figures use 300 dpi, and for line figures (bitmaps) use 600 dpi. NOTE: Should there be a need to make a change after your paper has been submitted, please contact the Conference Management Office at: icaf2011-papers@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca. The organizers do not accept any responsibility regarding the accuracy of the papers and reserve the right to reject any paper at their sole discretion. NOTE: The on-line paper submission is now vailable. Thank you for your patience. Poster BoardsPoster boards will be located in the Salon Viger ABC and the foyer of the Marriott Château Champlain in a designated area to accommodate posters and commercial exhibit booths. The poster board usable surface measures approximately 41'' (104 cm) high x 57'' (145 cm) wide and is made of a soft material that accepts Velcro dots. A supply of Velcro dots will be available in the poster area for mounting of your poster.
