Registration

On-line conference registration is now closed. Interested participants must now register on site.

Your registration should be completed online from the Conference website at http://www.icaf2011.org/index.html or downloaded and faxed at (613) 993-7250.

 

Payment must be made by credit card (only Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted).

 

Registration Fee

Student*	$   450 CAD	$   550 CAD

*Student is defined as a full-time student at a recognized institution, a letter from your Department Head is required as proof of your status

 

Entitlement

Registered participants are entitled to attend the Welcoming Reception, the Conference Dinner, all lunches, technical sessions, and field trip and will have access to the exhibits and posters.

 

All registered participants will also receive a copy on-site of the Final Program including the accepted abstracts, CD of the National Reviews and the Conference Proceedings.

 

Meals and Refreshments

Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the exhibit/Poster area located adjacent to the main meeting room.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to May 1, 2011.  All refunds are subject to a $150 CAD administration fee.  No refunds will be permitted after May 1st.

Publications

Conference Program

The detailed program will be posted on the Conference website and a printed copy will be included in each registrant’s kit.  It will also include all  abstracts that will be presented in the oral and poster sessions.

 

Proceedings

A book of all peer-reviewed papers presented in oral or poster sessions will be provided to all fully-registered delegates.  Abstracts for the oral and poster papers will also be included in a Book of Proceedings.

 

National Review

A CD-Rom of all National Reviews will be distributed to all registered delegates.
